The venue accommodates upto 100 guest banquet style or 125 strolling cocktail.  A spacious kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator and plenty of counter space is provided.  There are two handicap accessible bathrooms, plenty of parking including handicap parking close to the building.

Essential Booking Details

  • Rental fees are based on the stated actual start/end times, which includes all set up and tear down. 

  • Access 10am to midnight daily. 

  • There is a nonrefundable Venue Deposit of $500 due at booking.

  • Your event balance is due two weeks before your event date.

  • If a cancellation request is made 90-days or more prior to your event date you will receive a 1-year credit starting from the original event date. Any cancellations less than 90-days will not receive a credit.

Kajuan has created a name for herself by utilizing the latest trends to create simply one of a kind upscale events.  After providing clients with dedicated event planning services, Kajuan decided to move towards the event décor side of the business.  She has now moved into full event décor and has recently launched Sitting Royal a luxury chair rental option offered by KS Event Décor.  The primary focus, then and now, remains how to help customers transform an ordinary room into something magical.


Katrina and her team create awesome photos. They also provide an extraordinary experience. They call it photo-tainment. Whether it is in the form of a photo booth rental, a 360 video booth or one of our other services, you will be able to keep your guests entertained and your event will be a blast! Whether it is your wedding reception, a big birthday party, a graduation or corporate function, you don't want people to think your party was uneventful, dull or worse, boring. They are there to help! RSVP photo booth rental services along with other photo-tainment offerings will keep your guests from leaving before dinner is served.
