Frequently asked questions
As a renter you are allowed to purchase your own alcohol and have it served by a licensed and insured bartending company. All alcohol for your event must be brought to the server prior to the event. If BYOB occurs at your event it will be CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.
Please Choose From One of the Vendors Below as they are Approved Vendors and are licensed and bonded. If you choose a different vendor, approval must be provided in writing from K&K Event Space. Approval for these venders MUST be submitted here along with their license and insurance information.
An event attendant is required for all events but, no worries, it’s included in our rental rates. Additional security may be required.
Our event attendant assist with making sure the rules and regulations of K&K Event Space are being followed and has the authority to cancel any event at any given time if they are not being followed.
Most events scheduled for 5pm-12am require security at a starting rate of $350
Outside of floating candles, we only allow FLAMELESS LED candles inside.
We do not allow tape on walls. With the exception of command strips. No one is allowed to place anything on the walls. If you attach anything to the walls you will lose your security deposit. NO , TAPE, GLUE, THUMB TACKS,ETC. we also do not allow the use of confetti or glitter of any kind inside K&K Event Space.
