  • What's included in the rental?

  • What is your Cancellation Policy?
    If a cancellation request is made 90-days or more prior to your event date you will receive a 1-year credit starting from the original event date. All cancellations less than 90-days will not receive a credit.
  • Is Alcohol Allowed?
    As a renter you are allowed to purchase your own alcohol and have it served by a licensed and insured bartending company. All alcohol for your event must be brought to the server prior to the event. If BYOB occurs at your event it will be CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND. Please Choose From One of the Vendors Below as they are Approved Vendors and are licensed and bonded. If you choose a different vendor, approval must be provided in writing from K&K Event Space. Approval for these venders MUST be submitted here along with their license and insurance information.
  • Can I bring my own vendors?
    Yes! You can provide your own vendors. Caterers and Bartenders do require approval from K&K Event Space. If you need help or references, you can also choose vendors from our Preferred Vendor List. We offer event decorators, Photobooths, 360 Booths, DJs, Photographers, and much more.
  • Do you require event insurance or special permits?
    All of your vendors must be fully insured.
  • What is required to book?
    There is a Venue Deposit of 50% of your total rental. Your event balance is due one month before your event date. A refundable Security Deposit of $250 is due 2 weeks before your event date. Your Venue Deposit and Security Deposit are not the same. *ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE*
  • Do we need an appointment to view the venue?
    We offer a virtual online tour on our home page. If you would like an in-person tour an appointment must made through our website. Select Schedule a Tour!
  • How late can we stay?
    Your party must be over and all guest must be out of the building by the end of the time frame your event is booked.
  • Is security required?
    An event attendant is required for all events but, no worries, it’s included in our rental rates. Additional security may be required. Our event attendant assist with making sure the rules and regulations of K&K Event Space are being followed and has the authority to cancel any event at any given time if they are not being followed. Most events scheduled for 5pm-12am require security at a starting rate of $350
  • Can I change my date?
    If the requested date is available and the request is made 90-days or more from your event date, there is not a fee to change the original date. Dates may not be changed less than 90 days prior to your event date.
  • How long do I have to set-up?
    Your set-up/tear down time is included within your rental hours purchased. If additional hours are needed they can be purchased.
  • What Type of Decor does the venue not allow?
    Outside of floating candles, we only allow FLAMELESS LED candles inside. We do not allow tape on walls. With the exception of command strips. No one is allowed to place anything on the walls. If you attach anything to the walls you will lose your security deposit. NO , TAPE, GLUE, THUMB TACKS,ETC. we also do not allow the use of confetti or glitter of any kind inside K&K Event Space.
  • Can we prepare food in the venue?
    Food is not allowed to be cooked and/or fried inside of the venue. We do provide a kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer, and microwave to assemble and store anything food related.
  • Is Smoking Allowed?
    NO CIGARETTES, MARIJUANA,OR HOOKAH's are allowed. (IF YOUR EVENT VIOLATE ANY OF THESE RULES YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE DEDUCTED AND YOUR EVENT WILL BE IMMEDIATELY SHUT DOWN/CANCELLED)
  • What other services do you offer?
    We offer a variety of rentals that will complete your event. From letter tables, throne chairs, drapery, centerpieces, photobooths and much more!
